Apple fans lining up for iphone 5s two weeks earlier

Down the years we've heard plenty of stories about Apple fans lining up early to to be among the first to get their hands on the new iPhones and iPads, but two weeks early? That's gotta be some kind of record.
As of last Friday, at least four Apple superfans have already taken their spots outside the company's Fifth Avenue store in The City That Never Sleeps and seemingly planning an epic camping trip in order to snap up the iPhone 5S.
Apple is scheduled to announce device at an event in Cupertino on Tuesday, with pre-orders expected to kick off this coming Friday. The device is then expected to go onsale in stores and online on Friday September 20.
However, none of those details will be confirmed until Apple reveals the thing in around 48 hours time, leaving those dedicated followers in limbo for the time being.
According to MacRumors, which posted snaps of the early attendees, two representatives from the Cincinnati SellYourMac website had shown up assuming they'd be the first in line, but were trumped by another dynamic duo of iPhone fanatics.
Apparently, there have been no discussions with Apple employees at the iconic Glass Cube store in Manhattan, but the attendees have gotten themselves into the traditional queue position.
In the past we've heard stories of brands paying people to stand in line, while others have taken a more devious approach by slipping homeless people a few quid to stand in line for them.
If you're reading lads, why not check out our video round up of all the latest iPhone 5S rumours below.
